MRRC MR Data

Data from the scanners is pushed and can be later accessed from:

  • XNAT - The MRRC's default web interface and server for accessing MRI data.
  • Flywheel - A new web interface being piloted 2024-2027.
  • gyrus - The MRRC's linux filesystem called “gyrus”.
  • Computation Resources - resources for computation

The MRRC is committed to thorough monitoring of coil and scanner quality assurance metrics.

The MRRC has adopted the ReproIn naming convention for all new studies starting in 2025.

Projects are organized by billing code (eg. WPC-1234) and sessions by Session Time.

Also see:

  • MRRC MR Data Retention: data will be stored for 3-5 years.
  • XNAT vs Gyrus DICOMs: dicom headers differ
