Z-Shim Value QC

Part of Phantom QC, testing z-shim agaist a per scanner hard coded threshold. This uses the Flywheel Gears file-curator (local fork) to read the CSA Header from a representative epi DICOM and email a notification based on the response.

Mailing flywheelgearlist@list.pitt.edu and mrtechs@mrctr.upmc.edu (via internal SMTP, works b/c flywheel hosted on Zeus (Computer))

As of 2025-09-26, tech work emails are disabled (“nomail” via mailman admin) on flywheelgearlist@list.pitt.edu, will only see notifications on mrtechs@mrctr.upmc.edu. Mail to foran, hudlowe, moonc still active and archive will continue to collect messages.
